Pub (by PSEH CAMRA)
This historic Grade II listed inn, located opposite St Thomas's Anglican Cathedral, claims to be the oldest in Portsmouth. The house has undergone much change over the past thirty years, including a short spell trading mainly as a French restaurant. These days it is a pleasant, comfortable pub, with a large dining area towards the rear. The historic fortifications of the Round and Square Towers are a short walk away. Alcohol not served until noon.
